The tour can be booked online at any time

Confirmations:

The tour reservation will be confirmed by repsond to us as long as you will be initially notified with a follow-up of final itinerary once confirmation the kind of guided tour agreement takes place.

Rates:

All rates quoted are in U.S. dollars at the current rate of exchange.

Payment and condition :

For certain packages tours - we will ask for an initial deposit via Western Union or my bank account and generally request an intermediate payment six weeks before the date of our arrival and the final balance can be settled at our tour office when you are in Siem Reap. We are trying our outmost to help and make it more convenient by adding this following payment method :

Cancellations for full package arrangement:

The cancellation of the confirmed tour arrangement, a fee will be charged for the package booking client according with the flowing term condition:
Between 15 and 21 days prior to departure: 10% of package price
Between 2 and 7 days prior to departure: 50% of package price
One day prior to departure (or no-show) 100% of package price

Late check-out policy:

The half day charge will be applied if you are late checking out between 12:00 am to 06:00 pm , and the full day charge will Applied if you late checking after 06:00 pm.

Children policy:

A 6 year old child and under is free of charge without extra bed requested.
